FVL cracked over 1 buck.  7 cents to a buck is a nice score.  when it picks up it will be another big run for CIO.   $ 4,000 bucks changed hands so far.

FVL trading close to a $1! hopefully CIO bottoms out at .10  to be honest... the initial run was incredible... from .03 to .165 when news came out.
