am I the only one accumulating at these levels?

I know there is a significant risk, and I might be the only one who believes in this project, but I have been accumulating at these levels and will continue to do so, even if it dips lower. 
I really believe that they will pull their heads out of their a$$'s soon and get moving and make it worth while. Just my opionion
