RE: Go Bonsai
RE: Go BonsaiThe Bonsai property is in the shadows of the historic Eskay Creek mine. That qualifies it for Nearology 101 which axiom is "the best place to look for gold is where there is a gold mine".
The Bonsai property adjoins to the west of Barrick Gold's EskayCreek property, about 6 km from the mine site, itself. Previousexploration on the Bonsai has targeted Eskay Creek type stratigraphy inthe west-central portion of the property. In this area, surface samplingand subsequent drilling has returned anomalous gold-arsenic values neara felsic volcanic-mudstone contact. The Bonsai property is accessible by road from Highway 37,thereafter west along the Eskay Creek mine road to, and beyond, the minesite. One of the Eskay Creek tailings ponds is situated on the easternportion of the Bonsai property. The deep sea port of Stewart is situated80 km to the south-southeast.
Infrastructure in place... the right neighbours and hood and some good assays will make this a winner.
