If you check their website and news release again: 1. regarding the EUB permit, it cannot be considered delayed until after mid 1st quarter. 2. ..."final stages of complete Luke financing..." 3. "Also negotiations related to the proposed purchase and financing of the acquistition of the refining assets in Montana are advancing. 4. Then there is "Eight additional locations have been prepared....which will expidite the pace at which addition wells can be drilled,logged and cored..." 5. 2 extra rigs we used due to weather and available. Regarding the stock going down...geez I keep expecting a pull-back for months, but don't have the guts to bet on. I fail to see any bad news! Dee10
