I know enough about CLL that I sold it starting at $5.75 I also know enough about it not to have bought it back...yet.
As I mentioned, traditional oil sands is like open pit/strip mining. Lots of it in Alberta so its very easy for the environmental agencies and the indians to understand. They may not understand the new SAG process and may not be able to get a good grip on how it will effect the environment. That may be what's holding up approval. DO try to follow along.
