OBJECTION
OBJECTIONNo one can predict when the EUB approval will be given. Some one / some company had an objection to Connacher’s application. Until this company or person can come to some kind of agreement this project is in limbo. If the two parties cannot come to an agreement the EUB will step in and resolve the issue. This could take 6 months to a year, depending on the issue.
On Aug 17 2005 Connacher registered the Application.
It went under review on Aug. 31 2005.
The EUB asked for more information on Nov. 4 2005.
On Feb 13 2006 or before the EUB received the information.
On March 7 2006 the EUB received on objection.
We have to wait until the process runs it course. The market will tell you when approval is given, the price will jump to $5.00 ++ with in days of the announcement. MHO
