LOL Pick a city, double the population in three years, now because of the oil sands the population is going to grow by an other 50% in the next three years and continue after that. The city has maxed out its credit, the government is slow to respond, (only one seat) what would you do? I would tell the plants to back off until we could built the proper infrastructure. These plants are going to be in big time trouble down the road because they will not have the people to work their plants. No one will want to live in a city that can not provide the basic needed to live a quality life. If you think that it will not affect CLL think again, it is effecting every operation in and around the area. What will the share price be if you have no one to work your plant?
