Valuation question

Valuation questionIf CLL produces 20,000 barrels day or 7,040,000 yr (not counting any down time) they would generate roughly $550,000,000 yrly revenue ( @ 78.00 barrel).

Would a potential buyer pay 2X sales???  This would be 1.1B, devided 427million share (not sure if they have more) would give us a share price of $2.57.  Does this hold any water??? Not sure how you would value an oil company but I remain long right now, just not sure when to exit.

Comments would be appreciated...
