thank you for your response......and know i called and left two messages today - no return calls, so i guess the fact is they r looking to go private and as cheap as possible..... i also have contacted the regulatory services to get some information, as i do believe this to be Negligence...."The core idea of negligence is that people should exercise reasonable care when they act by taking account of the potential harm that they might foreseeably cause harm to other people."
