buy-out probability

buy-out probabilityI have been thinking for a long time about the way the company has set up Petrofila. They have made themselves a nice nest to fall into if they were to sell-off the Great Divide to a major, and keeping their conventional production in Saskatchewan as well as another "company maker" Exploration play in South America. Originally they were going to spin-out Petro to the shareholders but have not heard to much of that lately. Since Connacher will now be cash rich from the PP the Great Divide would be a good target for an asset hungry trust willing to pay a premium for long-term assets. Just a thought Planet
