How long is a piece of string?

How long is a piece of string? With  what should be  a chorus of "why are we waiting" everyday,  our management team is failing us shareholders. Where is their follow up to turning CPS into a future $billion company as the first supplier of N American solar panels. Management announced this possibility years ago now and have completely failed to follow their own story. The value of our quarry is probably worth several times more than the company alone and why haven't management sold silica sand to supplement the full salaries they take home. I hope the Board of Directors realizes that if they ever get a deal done that they need to change their management for a team of go getter glass people.
