Something going down?

There is something very strange going on here when you see the clrbw warrants trading up 150% on four times the volume when they're basically worthless. I have gone long on the CLRBz warrants because of this and the fact that they are presenting at 11 AM Pacific standard time tomorrow. The stock has been trading on higher than normal volume all week and has had a strong uptrend. Possible clinical trial results?
