That lack of money raised on ZDS subscription is disappointing, I was expecting much more to be raised than a paltry $50 grand especially from industry knowledgeable people.  This .11 cent share price killed that deal and may also kill the debenture deal proposed, this has been handled poorly and provided virtually no funds to the company.  I'm also not to impressed by the huge options awarded, these new guys look like the old guys at the pork barrel.  Proof that nothing ever changes much it seems, I was hoping for better, maybe options at a much higher price or only a few now and more when real objectives obtained.  Just more of the same but still I like the story and think it has a shot at success, maybe just a little less than I thought as confidence has diminished a little.
