EBITDA Positive by Q3!!!

EBITDA Positive by Q3!!!EBITDA positive is now in range! With EBITDA loss in reported Q1 of under 1M progress continues to be made. Just given the onboarding of pre-announced contracts and any incremental deals signed from their deal pipeline is just gravy from this point.  Here is how I get to EBITDA positive by Q3, would love to know what you guys think as you have been on this name a lot longer than me;

7M in Q3 revenues with gross margin of 35% gives you gross margin dollars of 2.45M.
SUBTRACT
(1.5)M in SG&A cash costs, at least 500-700K of SG&A are non-cash costs of amortization and share based comp.
(500)K in platform and development costs.
EQUALS
450,000 in EBITDA!

The long journey it took to get to this point has been quite the trip that looked bleak there late last year but I think they have finally made it!

LONG
