Does anyone know if cly shares are turned into ilookabout shares? Or is cly Shareholders paid out by ilookabout? Or does cly just disappear from our holdings? Is our only option a tax lose write off? Thanks.

We get nothing except for a shell company with a big tax loss, Colin and his party screwed us shareholders. Ila is taking over the shares on the American side and we’re left in the dark, It’s pretty amazing that the only guy left on our board said shady s&$t happened that he was not aware of and was illegal and the courts and the tsx still let the deal go through. I’m sure people did there dd when they invested in the company and this was a company that had a promising future if it wasn’t for the management there Chas. Chas15  You know what’s simple is for you to beat it with you BS , First thing is I still have my money in my account , Second thing is the company is not delisted from the tsx, Third thing is companies are bought as a shell and restructured into new companies  ie: xly, llo and many others, So for you to say we’ve lots everything is total fud. Chas15 the stock is halted you bonehead , Can you ever sell when a stock is halted, Like I said before your a troll, The deal with Ila is done and we still have are money so far and the stocks no delisted. Time will tell but as of now your claims are false so beat it.

The stock has been halted for almost 4 months, get with reality. The money is gone and lla “deal” was not relatively close to that. They took over all of CLY “assets” (which wasn’t that impressive anyways). If it looks like sh!t and smells like sh!t, it is sh!t.
