I Will Talk Symbolically Here And Hopefully Common Sense

Everything is built upon either providing a service to a need that is not looked after or providing something that is comparatively better. It is also built on if we use the term koolaid, hype or market without which nothing will ever happen. The market is always driven by this and it is understood. Where things take shape and form is with being able to live up to the demand that you have created and make sure it is all looked after. So it is all about supply and demand driven by branding and that is exactly what cannafarm is doing.

If people don't drink the so called koolaid no company can ever survive it is an essential part to be as well as grow and sustain. This company is indeed in embryonic stages creating a demand for its product offerings nothing wrong with that. If people feel unsure and see this as being risky it is because it is. Now where one needs to be careful of is seeing what is the company doing to conduct its business. Does it make sense in moving it forward or not. Is it over consuming captial which will not be easily recovered through the projected and estimated sales? If yes then you know there will be problems with the company and by extension the share price.

This early stage aggressive growth is to be expected and lot of capital will be needed. Now there is what i have seen a low projection of 45 million in revenue and as high as 100 million and if multiple sources are quoting high revenues like 40 million low for a start up and the trajectory shows it with past fiancials it is likely it will be achieved matched and beaten as the company gains further footing.

I am not drinking any koolaid other than one which I have to see where things are going and if they make sense and if things are projected fairly. I also look at is the company company executing as effectively and efficiently as it can and again are there snags along the way and has it wastefully expensed things out and leading to overdilution. So far I don't see that just yet but I have newly bought in here and will have to keep digging.

Like i said this company seems to be really well organized and moving with prudent and smart steps as it is growing and it does remind me of cbii which has been fairly successful and the reason i am feeling really comfortable here but by far not complacent. There are certain tangibilites like numbers and financials etc that can be seen but some things can't they are felt and i get those senses when looking at what companies do in regards to their growth and who they are involved with and does it make sense and these things are not easy to explaiin but only go by with intuition. This intuition is as much drinking the koolaid and buying in because if you don't and you analyze things too much you may not reap the full benefit of where things go but if you are too much drinking the koolaid without also paying attention to essentials like whether the company's moves make sense, are they over utlilzing something such as social inffluencers/relying on it and without beneficial outcomes you will have to make decisions to where you see the company going.

I do strongly believe this company will do really well but we will have to wait and see what the financials show keeping in mind it will take time as it does for businesses to work through debt. If they are strong well organized and careful it can be as fast as three years but usually most are around the 5 years mark. So the next few years of quarterlies will be quite telling and so far things look decent and as to be expected. The amount of raise and share dilution will also be quite telling and should be stacked up against its peers to make fair apples to apples comparison and so far this is 70 million more shares fully diluted than Tilray.

In any case, with more news releases and quarterlies the picture looks more and more complete but as things go along sure we will have uncertainties and unease and the only way to handle that is to figure out when to take monies out and how much you are looking to risk at any given time. we all have our own objectives and risk tolerances but as long as you are making monies it is all good!

This company is trying to fill a need in a market that is already saturated with competitors that actually file their financials on time. I don't invest based on feelings and visions, I invest based on knowledge.

that's great hockeynut2. I believe one needs both You dont ever have knowledge without vision or dreams. Yes the field is saturated and if a delay in filings is such a big deal well there are many companies who have delayed them this is not the first and last of them. I will see what this company will do as I have an open mind to it and what it is doing. And in a field that is saturated you do ...more

What the hell are you talking about? The aquisition of knowledge has nothing to do with visions and dreams. Again. What the hell are you talking about? The company wanted 28 million canadian but ended up with only 5.2 million Canadian. Do you do any DD at all before buying something? You've rolled the dice numerous times, (including recently) on things you shouldn't have. That's it ...more

thanks Hockeynut2 yes I saw the closing offering and thought the two were separate and was confused on that. Much appreciated I do my dd as best as I can but as you can see if there is a misunderstanding lack of knowledge it helps to clarify it and to keep things straight here so they are the facts and not wrong info lest you get labeled a basher and I a pumper...so that is very important. Yes I ...more
