And after CIBC, the suspicious trades and obvious manipulation continue from TD, check the trades below, this is not rocket science. TD has been selling to TD since last week.

I believe TD is working for CKE's potential suitor.

Potential suitor has an advisor(s) of course and TD and CIBC could be two of them based on their numerous suspicious trades over the last weeks.

For example, CIBC was selling CKE at -15% the other day before the market opens (!) although oil was up 1% and gas was up 5% (!), another poster posted the details about those trades.
