Flat for the better part of 8 monthsIt looks like someone is keeping this trading range high and tight. I'd say 50-55 cents is a pretty safe area to load up for an imminent move upward. With the price of Oil gearing up for a leg to $55 I'd say the breakout in this stock is a matter of when. Cheers
