RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Vote PassedAny brokerage where the shares are held by them (where the owner of the securities does not see the share certificate - or in other words most people) should not have to do anything.

The old and new Chinook shares, as stated in the information circular, will share the same symbol on the TSX. As a result, you will not need to do anything. I believe that the record date for the split was the same day as when the vote occured (yesterday).

The Craft shares do not trade on any exchange yet. Once again when the shares show up in your account, you will not need to do anything (because there is nothing to do) until the shares have a listing on an exchange, or alternatively, they get bought out and you get cash or NewCo shares in your account.
