CIBC's blatant manipulations goes on, IIROC must close NOW!CIBC was selling 500-1,000 shares at the bid price few minutes before market close last week. See my post last week.
The blatant manipulation from CIBC continues today. See below, CIBC sold at the opening 500 shares twice at 24 cents for CAD$240. Even the poorest retail investor does not make these trades because the commissions are high and he does not need this money.
IIROC must close now! Canada needs a real SEC that will fine CIBC!
