The lawsuit

It seems that the law firm proposing the class action lawsuit has been pretty active.  I googled and found news articles about the following legal actions which the law firm seems to have been involved in:

These are in no particular order.  I would imagine there are others; I just ran out of gas...

I agree that the company should defend this vigorously.
