this has been m y concern for a couple weeks. I have been on stockwatch looking at the buys and sells. Yesterday there was a buy/sell from anony to anony for 21 000 shares. Here is the picture I see, especially when good news arrives about the company and yet the stock drops. First, Aubrey Dan who has 600 000shares to unload. other insiders sure take their profits (paul Norman took out just over 11 Mil in Jan). The underwriters being able to sell at the end of March makes me question where this stock will go if it is dropping after good news.. Echelon wealth gives the stock a future price of $18.50. they are one of the underwriters, so are they using this projection for their own benefit? Not trying to be negative, but others on this forum seem to question the company being strong, but no new shares being sold and some anonymous seller continually. Also why would any of us sell at this price? It would have to be someone who got shares issued or bought in very early with a huge investment. Wish we had answers---i like this companies future, but am a bit afraid to stay in it if there are too many insiders taking lots of profit from the rest of us that bought in to make this stock have profit.
