...Aphria/Scythian/Liberty Health/Isodiol/Aleafia These companies are all raising eyebrows currently, I find it interesting that they all share a common denominator.....the Serruya family. Just seems odd that wherever there's dubious accounting, the Serruyas always seem to be in the mix in some way. Not making any accusations, just think it's pretty coincidental and wanted to see how others think. ISOL did a reverse takeover and look how that's turned out..(in fact they've been doing the same thing Aphria is being accused of, and regulators have done nothing). Now ALEF is considering doing the same thing (a 4:1 RTO)..."to meet the requirements of a Nasdaq listing". Normally I would be surprised if the shareholders would approve on this basis but nothing surprises me in this sector anymore. TRST has a relationship with ALEF to supply strains and also to purchase flower from them. Makes me uneasy.....

Interesting observation on the Serruya family and it was not long after the new Alefia supply deal that a couple of individuals left abruptly! Maybe sometbing was nipped in the bud. TRST has not made any aquisitions like APHA. They have brought on a leader with integrity and experience on an international stage. I would lean more towards the idea that TRST has taken steps  ensuring they remain a company well respected and well run to lead tne industry in 2019.
