CASUAL OBSERVERIMHO, being in and out of this sector numerous times and watching the recent sector malaise before this most recent scandal......well I just gotta think the worse is yet to come. How many other producers are guilty of similar infractions, Will HC make an example of these guys, Rigid operational procedures are in place for a reason, non-compliance is a very serious matter. We are all privy to the same imformation through various networks - no body knows more than anyone else at this point as this is a fresh, on going investigation. Trying to pick a bottom or get in and out for a fast buck is akin to a trip to your local casino - very dangerous game here. Multiple lawsuits under way, it appears that a very thin line was walked here and wit will be a long time before HC recommends or takes action in response. This is a clusterfooke of mega poportions and the entire sector is and will continue to pay the price - run.
