The only thing I would like to see more information on is this “Whistle blower” with regards to this fake wall business. I find it extremely unlikely that management would not know about this, IF such a thing even occurred. I would very much like to know what would happen to this individual if his allegations are false.

The fake walls allegation and the reason for them "to intentionally hide from HC " really seems far fetched to me. Why would senior management with years of regulatory knowledge trust such a peon with an illegal task like this, would they risk their careers and possible criminal charges by letting a low level mole actually perform this alledged illegal procedure. The more I think about it the more convinced I am that there is an alternative motive on behalf of the whistle blower and I would think the company will file charges once cleared of the defammatory allegations. Either way, if someone did give the green light to the walls being installed I`m sure it wasn`t someone too far up the ladder and the CEO may not even have been aware of it - always the last to know scenario. On going construction and contamination concerns will likely be cited if these poly walls were indeed erected. I wouldn`t want to be the whistle blower at this stage of the game. Expect a major snap back to the $7.00 + rangs once the dust settles.
