The only way to do this, would be to "cook the books". Walls or no walls; that is a mute point to dramatize the story. The fact still remains, they were able to sell and extract this cannabis without HC knowing. The more I reflect, the more weary I become. It is a scandal, but will it be criminal? That remains to be seen.
