RE:RE:Class Action Begins.. Where does this go from here?

Ya that is definitely true.. tons of CLass Actions out right now..

March is definitely the turnaround time for MJ.. would mark one year from the start of the downtrend for most. Canntrust (March 28)

Keep in mind Statement of Claims are ment to sensationalize fact, and as such can not be fully relied upon.

Canntrust has already acknowledged errors in procedure while producing cannabis in the 5 unlicenced rooms in question, and those who knew quickly lost their jobs.

Interestingly enough, if Health Canada  does reinstate licences to Canntrust, thay will go a long way in the pointing of fingers, as an independant investigation into Canntrust has already concluded that only a very small group of insiders were aware of the production issue and they have already been shown the door.

As for using black market seeds, I doubt that has been proven more than a theory as another company (Bonify) actually admitted selling product bought from black market supplliers to clients and they still got their licence reinstated from H.C., so a precident has been set.

The next couple months should be very interesting, but one thing for sure, the class action suits will be ongoing long after Canntrust either gets their licence back or they dont.

Class action generally takes years and years to bet in front of a judge, if ever
