Clas actions do take quite some time.. they are not a priority to the canadian justice system, and there are so many in line after another. If canntrust chooses to lag on the proceeding , they could delay it for quite some time..

The criminal charges would be laid individually and segregated if they were to charge...so those wouldn't be a part of this.
