its kind of ironic but these firms work on a contingency basis, so to them suing canntrust for literally everything they can is most in their favour and not the shareholders..

if you suck dry the company, there is no chance of sp recovery for anyone which would essentially be how most would actually recover their funds.. not the class action as most shareholders would only gain a fraction of their losses..
