I dont understand your reply... Stocks are supposed to be a calculated gamble, you do your due diligence with the company, see everything is how you would like a company to be and then invest. Transparency. But here it was a hoax, they deceived shareholders on purpose..

So why settle? It is in their best interest to settle as a company and let the independent auditors, underwriters and ex board members' insurance handle the rest of the pain.

Thats why..
