Wow... this is your argument? The news release had worse points.. these are not the concerns 

-Changing team members is a sign of troubles.

Corporate restructuring could save companies..
 

-No assurance from Health Canada that they will reinstate either the Niagara or Vaughan facility licenses

if they were to say " Hey Zaiden, we are for sure getting our licenses reinstated... that would worry me lol.. being vague and underpromising is in their best interest atm in order to deliver.

-Concerning extension on NYSE? 

They've now got an extension till April, which a decision on the Niagara facility will be made within the next 4-5 weeks at most.. So by end of March you will know where this is going..

I'm not going to further explain this negative newswire and start mentioning the latest new potential Law Suit. I think intelligent investor's understand the NR's true meaningness.  Company is clearly still in big trouble
