They are now re-licenced and have been growing for a few months. They will want to get enough packaged and ready for sale so they have inventory . They have all provinces to supply, then local retailers and also their own customers, so would look bad if they ran out of stock.
They are saying October/November for re-opening sales and I think at that point they consider getting relisted. 
They have the finacials all done, they have just not released them yet to the public


They can't pull from pink since the company has nothing to do with the pink. Investors in the US decided to trade over pink, whatever the company thinks of it. If a company is late to release their financial, you run away.
