FACTS--there are NO lawsuits as of now there are PENDING lawsuits--NOT ONE has been certified by ANY court, so all just THREATS as of now.
The latest monitors report has stated EXACTLY how much CASH they have on hand --well unless He/she is willing to LIE to a court ?????
