RE:RE:Canntrust restructuring agrmnt +class action plaintiffs.....They have a list of creditors on EY. If you go to the link below you can see it. The full list amounts to a total of about $3.7M. That dosnt sound like the sort of thing that topples an entire company with massive manufacturing facilites worth a lot more than that. Worse case I figure they can sell some equipment. The settlement is for $50M so thats pretty substantial and they're money in the bank is apparenrtly $78M so thats not great. But then they are selling product again so hopefully they are making profit and that $78M is growing. Unless i am missing something, it sounds like they arent in that bad shape at this point
