I see a lot of people predicting far higher prices this week, however, I think that is unrealistic as several events must still occur and since Canntrust is not widely followed it will take time for our knowledge to become common knowledge. Here are the critical dates:

1. All Classes of Creditors to be served with the Notice of Meeting and voting materials by March 30th;

2. Meetings and voting April 30th; assuming the CCAA plan passes the 4 votes ( which I believe it will as they must already have enough votes committed or they would not take the risk) then;

3. Court Hearing to approve the CCAA Exit Plan May 14;

4. Wait out the 30 day appeal periods in Canada and the U.S.A. June 14;

5. Exit CCAA June 15

In my opinion, we will not see $1+ until the April 30th Vote, so use this period to accumulate, because after April 30 you will never see these prices under $1 again.

Agreed! This company is still going strong. It still produces a product and is doing everything right with regards to getting back on track. Very possible jonstud Difference being at that dark time, CannTrust would have been selling their assets on major weakness, and now that things appear to be much brighter, I can only guess the selling price would increase substantially. HC reinstatement, revenue generation, would certainly add value. Lets see how the upcoming court arrangements go, as the creditors decision will be in the spot ...more
