Futher to my earlier email - this should clarify the "severity" of the issue. As one can see - CTAC has actually committed what they accuse COA of doing - and NO fine has been filed.
In my opinion - CTAC is in deep sh$t - COA will most certainly take legal action for blowing this way out of porportion and being negatively suggestive in regards to the "uncertainty" and "damaging outcome" to COA future business.
