RE:COE completes private placementI Think their accounting is a little messed up . No wonder they can loose so much money in such a simple business !!@ 6% "finders fee comes to $63,000.00  NOT $4392.00 and 8% warrants comes to $ 84,000.00 . So thats dam near 150,000.00 for a mill loan .
