the time for re-valuation of CSI
the time for re-valuation of CSII believe that there are a few things contributing to the recent rally. First and obviously the closing of the PP and over-allotment, has finally occurred and now the MMs can let it run.
Secondly the fact that gold is nearing the all time highs again is most certainly bolstering our share price.
And thirdly, I believe that the market is now just starting to wake up to the potential that CSI really has. Recently RMX released a resource estimate (that topped expectations) of 4MM oz with a potential of more than 15MM oz. Immediately after reading this news I thought, well if RMX has potential for 15MM then think about what CSI has to offer...
I know the naysayers were recently calling for no more than approx 2.5-3MM oz, citing that the deposit was 'too small' or whatever. Personally, I would strongly argue that point. Don't forget we've had recent step-outs hit gold as far as 450m and 700m for previously established mineralization. this is incredibly significant and must not be downplayed in any way!
They were saying we needed more land, and lo and behold we got exactly the land in question. they said "drill the new land and let's see...". Well we drilled that new property and wowzers, we hit more gold in what is almost certainly a continuation of the existing deposit.
I've been an investor in precious metals stocks for over a decade and I can honestly say that the grades we've encountered so far have blown away anything I've come across in my career. (perhaps I've missed something with richer grades, please feel free to point it out to me if it exists). I've said before that the Platinum grades alone warrant a mine, but just think of the combined metals potential... I would not rule out over 10 million oz Gold eq. at ultra low cost production prices. Just wrap your head around that haha.
Like I've said before..."if ever there was a real life non fraudulent Bre-X, this has got to be it!"
Good luck to the longs
