End of Day beatdown

End of Day beatdown

Not totally uncharacteristic of gold producers/explorers/juniors/mid caps to make large swings each day but it's interesting to note how it is accomplished. The larger caps gained on the day, no end of day swings. But there were a number of mid size guys hit by last minute huge volume (relative) drops on the TSX only. The Alpha/Chi-x prices were unmoved.

Check out ARZ/PG/ORE/BAA/CSI/LYD/ATC........

Was there any news that had an effect only on mid cap type gold explorers/juniors?? The large cap gold stocks were all up, with no big volume near end of day.

Caught a couple of the CSI bounces between the 4.05 to 4.2 range but I'm getting hesitant at this point given the year end shinanigans are quickly coming to an end. I'll watch and miss all the no doubt huge swings that will happen next week with a bit of envy for the people (not so much the bots) that are able to trade them.

Not sure if pictures will work, but it clearly illustrates
