Anyone else use scotiaitrade?

It has been supppper laggy, and has been updating very slowly with many of its pages not updating at all (seems like the requests solresearch.scotiaitrade are when it slows the most). I put in a sell order when bid was 4.96 and it went through at 4.926. Some algos seem to be playing around with this one big time or itrade's updates are just horribly lagged (which seems to be the case lately, as all my trades are going through lower than the bid that updates immediately before I execute it).
