Also on sedi it only Ari Sussman and one other guy as insiders who own enough common shares to sell off that much, if it was indeed an insider (as most understand) sell. I wish I could recall if the previous time big chunks were crossed at 3.90/4$ whether they showed as insider sells on the tmx report.
