RE:RE:Doing some DD on this company and found this.........I am not familiar with the circumstances which led to the revised 75/25 split which the activist/upstart Coomigasp leadership is now rejecting.

1. What was the context which led to the revision? Higher start-up costs? Improved up-front benefits for Coomigasp members?

2. Did Coomigasp members have a vote for it? Does their charter require one?

3. Are there any specific claims of wrongdoing, aside from "the original terms were 50/50 and we don't accept the revised income splitting arrangement"?

Really what I am digging for is an answer to this question: are there reasonable grounds to believe that the current contract (75/25 split) was implemented illegally, in bad faith, or in breech of standard and mutually agreed upon protocols?
