ok, a get your short, I don't know how you feel comfortable saying I told you so unless you are willing to come back and eat your words. Let's think logically, lawsuit? Coomagas gets nothing if they bankrupt the stock with a lawsuit, it will be settled. New CFO, mining guy, old CFO money guy, Dundee? They were buying today! Problem with mine? Did you know that there would be flooding? Problems happen, stock is way oversold. Are there risks? Lots, what are the possible rewards? Huge upside! Shorts trying to scare investors to sell are equivalent to dumping blood in a bay full of surfers!
