RE:RE:Ciment mcinnisAccording to an article published in La Presse today, although Cement McInnis is not currently buying carbon credits from the Quebec government it will have to enter the program by January 2019. Would it not make sense that they approach CST for a solution before having to fork out millions. They are after all one of the biggest polluter in the province.
