I think they should fish wherever the fish are. Not sure the West is ready yet, but I sure would like to see them crack the India and China markets. Maybe that will come after a few successful local installations in Quebec?

Manitoba is also opposed to the idea of a carbon tax and none of the ol companies in Alberta intend to do anything about reducing their carbon footprint. Do not tell me this is an envrironment where CST should even try to do business.
