Capture & reuse

The price of carbon is just too low. You cannot profit from just capturing it. If capture cost is most offset by carbon price, then reusing it makes it tremendously profitable. At 20$ cost and 19$ cap & trade price you get co2 at 1$ ready for reuse. Pure profit soon to be demonstrated with VCQ. Right now there is no way (liquid & safe) to play carbon except for cst shares.

The price of carbon emissions is too low for capture and sequestration to be profitable now. But it takes a few years to setup a capture and sequestration project. You have to look at the price of carbon emissions in a few years. By then the price of carbon emissions will be high enough to pay for capture. I don't know how much it costs for sequestration.
