Co2 Solutions is for sale
If vcq is successful or cost reduction or serres toundra, this company is for sale. Price would be at least above 50 millions.

Nothing under 100M$ would be fair value

14.27M is the market cap for this company, that is by definition fair market value. In an aquisition I wouldt expect more than twice this.

Remember when Nortel went bankrupt... The patents were sold more than the whole market cap just prior to bankruptcy... Here, market cap is still far from present patents value...

If you're right, the sp should go up in anticipation of that. It's worth whatever an interested party is willing to pay and I tend to think that lots of prior sales and market potential (and the IP) are factors. At least they have the second and third ones covered. It would be good if they made a bunch of sales of RPB units before starting talks about buyouts.

Still a few more months before "official news" about VCQ, whenever that happens, sp will move up and buyer will show up.

Good points and interesting about the possible intent behind the 'potential sale possible' comment. One way or another, things will surely get infesting later this year.
