Lol that was my reaction, too.  Nice to have more support from NRCAN but more fundraising efforts needed for CST to stay in business into 2019.

Well, a potential silver lining is what the funding is intended for. The PR indicates improving performance and cost by tailoring different configuration for a specific uses. This is exactly what they need to do, in my view (sooner the better).
