Why Alison?
Why Alison?Why not raise money when the stock was 60 to 80 cents? Why fire the IR person who actually brought in buyers and got exposure? Why pay 2 new PR firms who have nothing to say? Why have a blog and website and communication people with no updates? Why was your one conference call so embarassingly unprofessional? Why consolidate to get on NASDAQ when the stock will be nowhere near the price needed for listing? Why did the board give you 1.6 million options - what have you done? Why did no insiders buy but rather sold shares much higher? Why did you fail to deliver Orphan Status as promised? Why do you overpromise and underdeliver? Why not explain that the coming very large financing will be BELOW even these depressed market prices? Why not tell us that the institutions that you will bring in and whoever buys your financing (maybe you and your board?) will get the company for about 10 cents per share? Why not explain the dilution will allow your cronies to own the 1/2 the company for next to nothing? Why not have another Retail Appreciation Event to thank and reward faithful investors who have kept you going for many years? Why not admit you knew you would benefit greatly if the share price were to crash?
