The timing of the consolidation really looks stupid now

If they would have announced the consolidation at the same time of yesterday's announcement, the stock would most likely be worth a lot more today than it is. The premature consolidation just made it more expensive for people to get in yesterday and today, curtailing demand. If they hadn't done the consolidation already we likely would have seen the stock double or triple yesterday instead of being up 20 something percent. Who's advising these idiots again?
